Babyloan /
|
Is a peer-to peer lending platform where loans are made directly between individuals. Lenders support micro-entrepreneurs living in challenging conditions that lack access to capital to launch or expand business activities. It is the first French website that facilitates online micro-lending. Internet users can choose to lend to micro-entrepreneurs in developing countries, but also in France, starting from 20 EUR. By mid 2011, 11.000 “Babyloanians” lent almost 2 million EUR to 6.000 entrepreneurs in 130+ countries. |

Is an internet-based lending platform. Potential lenders can see concrete projects, understand the business of the borrower and decide to support the project by a joint loan. Veecus provides regular updates about the project thanks to their partners on the ground. All loans have the Finansol label, which guarantees the transparency and social utility of lent money. |

Is a young internet platform that allows individuals and businesses to finance the projects of micro-entrepreneurs around the world by making online loans. It was born as result of a partnership between PlaNet Finance and Groupe Allard. MicroWorld is run as a social business - combining a strong social mission with business methodology - whose aim is to promote the growth of microcredit in developing countries. |

FinanCités is a joint venture dedicated to finance French small businesses issued from city blocks. It was created in 2007 by PlaNet Finance. Invested funds have the Finansol label. |

The Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development was founded in 1993 and has the headquarter in Paris. It is independent, private and not-for-profit. ACTED’s vocation is to support vulnerable populations affected by wars, natural disasters and economic and social crises. ACTED had in 2009 a budget of 62 million EUR. |

Was created by ACTED in 2005 with the aim to fight poverty through the provision of microfinance services to the working poor. It has 400+ staff members worldwide and offers adapted and socially oriented financial services to populations who are often excluded from the traditional banking system. OXUS runs MFIs in Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. OXUS Development Network - Group’s consulting company, strives to provide MFIs with technical assistance, while maintaining the Group’s dynamism and developing it with the launch of new MFIs in Uzbekistan and the Democratic Republic of Congo. |
